I'm guessing this is a software issue, but I'm wondering if at some point the protocol changed or the agent information changed and that's why it's not communicating correctly. The configuration that we've been using for folks: Account But I've had users updating Adium to 1.5.10 and continually get prompted for a password and the following error shows: Error: Web ticket request to failed Protocol plugin for Office 365/Lync/OCS Bugs for Adium, Pidgin, Miranda and Telepathy IM Framework Brought to you by: aavelar, stefanb2. We've had things working fine with Adium 1.5.9 and SIPE version 1.16.1 (and some using SIPE version 1.18.1) for quite a while. ![]()
